Introduction
AuVentures (“AuVentures,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of the information entrusted to us.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when individuals visit our websites, use our software or applications, communicate with us, or interact with services powered by AuVentures technology (the “Services”).
AuVentures was founded to support individuals with complex medical, neurodevelopmental, autoimmune, and chronic health conditions through responsible use of artificial intelligence and advanced data analysis. We believe privacy is fundamental to maintaining trust in healthcare and technology.
This Privacy Policy is intended to support compliance with applicable privacy laws including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Washington My Health My Data Act, and other privacy regulations where applicable. If you are a healthcare provider or other covered entity under HIPAA submitting protected health information (PHI) to the Services on behalf of a patient and have a business associate agreement (BAA) with us, the PHI you submit will be solely subject to that BAA.
When required under applicable law, we will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by posting an update on our Privacy Policy web page or in another appropriate manner. Your continued use of the Services after any changes in this Privacy Policy will constitute your consent to such change(s). The Services are intended solely for use by users based in the United States.

Providing health information or other sensitive personal information on these platforms is not recommended and as such, we ask that you do not share this information with us on social media.

Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your e-mail address or other personal information. We may collect personal information about you that you provide through email, or other communications. If you provide us with personal information regarding another individual, we will assume that you have that person’s consent to give us their personal information. Providing personal information about another individual without their consent could be viewed as a data privacy violation and could subject you to legal action.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
AuVentures uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to assist with information organization, extraction, summarization, and analysis.
Important AI limitations include:
  • AI systems may produce inaccurate or incomplete results.
  • AI-generated outputs should not be considered medical advice.
  • Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Users should independently verify important information before relying upon it.
  • Where legally required, individuals may request information regarding significant automated processing activities.
Model Training and Use of Your Data
By using the Services, you acknowledge that AuVentures may use the data you submit via the Services to train our underlying, proprietary AI models to improve the Services to you, as well as generally improve the Services. However, unless explicitly authorized through a separate written agreement:
  • AuVentures does not sell personal information.
  • AuVentures does not use your medical records to train public or third-party AI models.
  • AuVentures does not share your medical records with unrelated third parties for advertising purposes.
  • Your information remains associated with your account or healthcare relationship from which it originated.
  • Any future model improvement activities involving your information will be governed by applicable consent requirements and contractual agreements.
Sharing and Disclosure

  • Service providers supporting, cloud hosting, security monitoring, analytics, customer support, infrastructure operations
  • Healthcare organizations where authorized by the patient or healthcare provider.

AuVentures does not sell personal information and does not permit any service provider to sell personal information.

California Privacy Rights
Your Rights as a California Resident: Under California law, users who are California residents may have specific rights regarding their personal information. These rights are subject to certain exceptions described below. When required, we will respond to most requests within 45 days unless it is reasonably necessary to extend the response time.

Right to Delete Personal Information: You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Upon receiving a verified request to delete your personal information, we will do so unless otherwise authorized by law.
How to Exercise these Rights: You may submit a verifiable consumer request to us for disclosure or deletion of personal information by emailing us. We will respond to verifiable requests for disclosure or deletion of personal information free of charge, within 10 days of receipt.
In order to protect your privacy and the security of your information, we verify consumer requests by matching personal information that you provide with information in our possession, in order to confirm your identity. Any additional information you provide will be used only to verify your identity and not for any other purpose.
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. You must provide an authorized agent written permission to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require that you verify your identity directly with us. Alternatively, an authorized agent that has been provided power of attorney under Probate Code sections 4000-4465 may submit a request on your behalf.
Right to Opt Out of Sale of Your Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information. AuVentures does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to be discriminated against for the exercise of your California privacy rights described above.
Children’s Privacy
AuVentures does not knowingly enroll collect personal information from children except where authorized by a parent, legal guardian, healthcare provider, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Parents or guardians may contact us regarding information associated with a minor.
Changes to This Privacy Policy; English Language Governs
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after publication of changes constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised policy. Additionally, this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in English, regardless of any translations to other languages.
