For patients & families

For the patients and families holding it all together.

If you or someone you love is navigating complex neurodevelopmental or autoimmune care, you already know how much work it takes — repeating your story, organizing the records, advocating for what you need. AuVentures was built to support that work, not replace it.

A short overview

A short look at what AuVentures does and how it works — from fragmented records to a coherent, longitudinal history.

In practice

What this looks like in your care.

AuVentures works alongside the care you already have. Our tools help your clinicians see the patterns that fragmented records can hide, surface context that might otherwise be missed between visits, and reduce the administrative load that takes time away from your actual care.

Your information belongs to you. You decide which members of your care team can see it, and you can change that at any time — sharing is fully in your control. AuVentures does not sell patient data or use it to train commercial models.

If your clinician partners with AuVentures, you have the right to ask, at any time, how the tools are being used in your care. We publish a plain-language account of what is deployed and where.

Common questions

About the technology

How is this different from existing AI tools?

General-purpose AI assistants can read medical files, but they were built to summarize and rationalize — not to analyze. With complex conditions, that becomes a problem: they lose consistency across dates, dosages, and the sequence of events, and they can fill gaps with information that sounds right but isn’t.

AuVentures uses these models too — but as one part of a governed system, not the whole tool. We anchor your record in baselines you provide, keep your timeline consistent rather than re-interpreting it each time, and build in explicit guardrails for bias and hallucination. The goal is a history you and your clinicians can actually rely on.

What if I don't want AI involved in my care?

You have the right to understand which parts of your care involve AI, and to decline. We believe in transparency about the systems involved in your care, and we expect partner clinicians to honor your preferences.

About your care & your clinician

Will AI replace my clinician?

No. The tools are administrative support — they help organize records and surface patterns, but they are not a substitute for the judgment, responsibility, or relationship involved in your care. Your clinician remains accountable for every clinical decision.

Who can see my information?

You do — and only the people you choose. Your information belongs to you, and you decide which members of your care team can access it through our platform. AuVentures does not sell patient data or use it for any purpose other than the care you direct.

How do I know if my clinician uses AuVentures?

Ask. If your clinician partners with us, they can explain what is used, when, and why — in plain language, without obscuring the details that matter.

Join the beta

We're opening the beta in July 2026.

We’re starting with a small group of members — and that’s a deliberate choice. A limited beta lets us give early members real time and attention, learn from their experience, and shape the product around what they actually need.

When we and our beta members agree it’s ready, we’ll open AuVentures to broader access. Until then, the work is built with the people using it.
