What it means to be part of our beta.
If you’ve never been part of a beta before, here’s what to expect. This page explains how the AuVentures beta actually works, what we’ll ask of you, and what we promise in return.
What a beta means here
Small, slow, and built with you.
The AuVentures beta is a small group of patients, families, and clinicians who join us early. The size is intentional — small enough that we can spend real time with each person, and learn directly from the people the product is being built for.
We are asking you to use it, tell us honestly what works and what doesn’t, and help us shape it from the inside.
This is a beta in the truest sense: learning together, refining what works, and making sure the system serves the people it’s meant for before broader access.
We hand-curate the AuVentures experience at the level of the individual person — your medical history, your goals, your questions. There is care, attention, and a small enough group that we can spend real time on each one.
What you can expect from us

We hand-curate the AuVentures experience at the individual level — for patients, that means real care taken with your records and your goals; for clinicians, real attention to how the tool fits into your specific practice.
A dedicated team to help you onboard.
Getting set up on a new tool can be the hardest part. A small technical team will be on hand throughout the beta to help you with onboarding, walk you through how the system works, and answer your questions directly.
We come to you for feedback.
We won’t wait for you to fill out a form. We’ll reach out personally — by email, by call when helpful — to ask how it’s going, what’s working, and what isn’t. Your time is respected, but your voice is the most important input we have.
A direct line to the founder.
Christine reads beta member emails directly. Reach her with anything — a question, a concern, an idea, something that didn’t work the way you expected. The address is on every page of this site, and it goes straight to her.
Your feedback shapes the work.
What beta members say genuinely changes what gets built. We will tell you, openly, what we changed because of you — and where we didn’t change something, we’ll explain why.
After the beta
Beta members are AuVentures's founders too.
The people who join us early are the ones who help make AuVentures real. That contribution deserves recognition — not just thanks at the end, but a continuing place in the work.
Beta members become AuVentures Care Ambassadors — recognized as founders of the community, with continued involvement in shaping the work as it grows.
As AuVentures opens up to broader access after the beta, the people who were here from the beginning will continue to have a special place in the community: a continued voice in how the work develops, recognition as part of how AuVentures was built, and a meaningful role in welcoming the next people who arrive.
This is what we mean by building something with you, rather than just for you.
