Many widely available AI tools are designed for general conversation, creative tasks, or broad information lookup. While they can be helpful for everyday use, they are not designed specifically for working with sensitive personal health information.

- PII-aware processing: The platform is designed to identify and handle personally identifiable information with care, including redaction and boundary enforcement where appropriate.
- User-controlled data management: Individuals decide what data is uploaded, what is retained, and what is removed. Data is not reused for secondary purposes.
- Right to delete — completely: Users may request deletion of all stored data at any time, including uploaded files, derived artifacts, and chat history.
- Purpose-specific AI use: AI is used to support organization, reflection, and understanding — not open-ended conversation or content generation.
- Health-context boundaries: The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or automated treatment recommendations.

AuVentures is built with healthcare-grade data protection practices in mind. Backend systems and workflows are designed to align with HIPAA security and privacy principles.
Safeguards include access controls, encryption, auditability, and strict separation of individual data.
Individuals retain the right to access, manage, and permanently purge their data at any time.

AI functions as a supportive tool — never as an authority. Outputs are constrained, transparent, and designed to assist understanding rather than replace professional care.
Support Levels
Secure upload and download of reports and documents. No long-term data storage. Files are processed ephemerally and not retained.
Includes limited secure data storage for a small number of files, allowing individuals to return to and review previously uploaded information.
Expanded secure storage supporting up to approximately 1,000 pages of records, designed for individuals managing complex or long-term conditions.
Our Commitment
AuVentures will never sell, license, trade, or otherwise monetize personal health data. We do not build products for resale using user information, and we do not partner with or solicit third parties for the purpose of profiting from patient or family data.
All services offered through AuVentures are intentionally aligned with our nonprofit mission: to support understanding, self-advocacy, and responsible use of AI in health and wellness. Pricing exists solely to sustain the platform and its secure infrastructure — not to extract value from personal information.
